Ben Smith

Ben Smith founded Pinstripes to Camo during the Covid months as a monthly blog. The blog later became a weekly column published in several newspapers across the state of Mississippi. In October 2021, he along with Hunter McCool began the “Pinstripes to Camo Podcast” that later became “Southern Drawl”. Ben is an award winning author and coached college baseball for 16 years. He is now the Assistant Athletic Director at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, MS. He and his wife Amy have three daughters: Mackenzie, Collins, and Allie.
